Техніко-економічне обгрунтування об'єктів енергетичного комплексу

Abstract

Визначено, що техніко-економічне обґрунтування для об'єктів енергетичного комплексу є необхідним як для інвестора, так і для держави. Це дослідження, в ході підготовки якого проводиться ряд робіт з вивчення та аналізу всіх складових проекту і розробці термінів окупності. Для розробки техніко-економічного обґрунтування у сфері енергетики необхідна спільна праця групи фахівців різних професій: проектувальників, теплотехніків, економістів та ін. Проаналізовано структуру техніко-економічного обґрунтування для об'єктів споживання і генерації електроенергії. Техніко-економічне обґрунтування будівництва об'єктів генерації електричної енергії, в рівній мірі орієнтовано на їх роботу і на оцінку їх впливу на навколишнє середовище.It is determined that a feasibility study for energy complex facilities is necessary for both the investor and the state. This study, during the preparation of which a number of works are carried out to study and analyse all the components of the project and to develop a payback period. To work out a feasibility study in the energy sector, it is necessary to work together a group of specialists from different professions: designers, heat engineers, economists, etc. The structure of the feasibility study for consumption and generation facilities is analysed. In the comprehensive analysis it is necessary to take into account that the methodology of evaluation, the number of factors influencing the economic feasibility of the project is an important component in the feasibility studies. The feasibility study for the construction of power generation facilities is equally oriented to their operation and to assess their impact on the environment.
