Анотація
Работа связана с развитием методологии решения научно-технических задач системными методами в сфере инструментального производства и предусматривает разработку структур и правил для анализа комплекса возникающих при этом проблем и путей поиска возможных решений. Для этого систематизирован процесс выбора и постановки задач на начальных этапах их решения с учетом уровня их сложности и потребности общества в данной разработке, создание которой может быть обеспечено при надлежащем уровне развития экономики, науки, техники и промышленного производства. Установлены структурные связи и принципы комбинаторики при выборе исходных параметров и схемы их варьирования для решения выбранных задач. Предложена система приемов и правил для расширения круга возможных решений с учетом общих критериев развития техники, а также охвата всех возможных решений и выбора лучших из них за счет использования метода морфологического анализа, функционально-стоимостного анализа и других системных методов. На этой базе разработана обобщенная структурная система из апробированных методов решения задач на всех этапах разработки и производства продукции и обоснованы правила их применения, что позволяет судить о создании методологии. Предложенные структурные схемы, принципы и приемы могут быть рекомендованы для использования при выборе и решении любых видов научно-технических задач.
This work is related to development of a methodology for solving the scientific and technical problems by systematic methods in sphere cutting-tool production and provides for development of structures and rules for analyzing the complex of problems, which appears in this case, and ways to find possible solutions. The process of selecting and setting problems is systematized for this purpose at the initial stages of it solving with taking into account the level of their complexity and the need of society in this development, the creation of which can be ensured at the proper level of development the economy, science, technology and industrial production. Structural relations and principles of combinatorics are established at the choice of the initial parameters and the scheme of their variation for solving the selected problems. A system of techniques and rules is proposed to expand the range of possible solutions, taking into account the general criteria for the development of technology, and the coverage of all possible solutions and selection the best of them through the use of the method of morphological analysis, functional-cost analysis and other system methods. A generalized structural system from the tested methods of solving problems at all stages of development and production of products is developed on this base and the rules of their application are substantiated, which allows us to judge the creation of the methodology. The proposed structural schemes, principles and techniques can be recommended to use for selection and solving the scientific and technical problems of any kind.
