Анотація
Виявлено проблеми, які гальмують розвиток ринку криптовалют в світі та в Україні. Досліджено перспективи розвитку та вплив на економіку використання системи блокчейн. Визначено переваги використання криптовалюти економіками різних країн та ризики, що супроводжують цей процес. Обгрунтовано пропозиції щодо використання криптовалют в Україні. Запропоновано законодавчо врегулювати використання в Україні криптовалют та попередити існуючі ризики даного процесу.
The problems that hamper the development of the cryptocurrency market in the world and in Ukraine are revealed. Prospects for development and the impact on the economy of the use of the block system have been studied. The advantages of using cryptocurrency by the economies of different countries and the risks that accompany this process are determined. Proposals for the use of cryptocurrency in Ukraine are justified. There are conclusions that in Ukraine a legal vacuum on the use of cryptocurrency was formed. Individuals or legal entities that use the bitcoin currency carry out operations and conduct business at their own risk and wit hout guarantees from the state. NBU warns against operations with cryptocurrency, including bitcoins, until a system of rules is created that can prevent abuse. It was proposed to legislatively regulate the use of cryptocurrency in Ukraine and to prevent the existing risks of t his process.
