Теоретико-множинний опис просторових даних у складі інформаційної моделі території під забудову

Abstract

Розглянуто проблему спільного опису різнотипної просторової інформації в складі інформаційної моделі території під забудову та запропоновано концептуальну модель подання геооб’єктів, розташованих на поверхні будівельного майданчика. Для вирішення проблеми запропоновано застосування теоретико-множинного підходу для опису просторових даних, який подає в єдиному формалізованому вигляді множини різнотипних геооб'єктів, необхідних для побудови вищезазначеної моделі. Такий підхід відповідає сучасним вимогам інформаційного моделювання у будівництві – BIM-технології і дозволяє вирішувати завдання, пов’язані з підготовкою території під забудову, на новому технологічному рівні.The problem of joint description of different types of spatial information in the composition of the information model of the territory under construction is considered and a conceptual model of representation of geobjects located on the surface of the construction site is proposed. To solve the problem, we propose the application of multiplicative theoretical approach for the description of spatial data, which presents in a single formalized form a plurality of different types of geoobjects necessary for constructing the aforementioned model. This approach meets the modern requirements of information modeling in construction - BIM-technology and allows you to solve tasks related to the preparation of the territory for development, at a new technological level.
