Aktuelle trends und problemstellungen in der fertigung von zylinderlaufflächen von verbrennungsmotoren

Abstract

In the research programme "Automotive" running at the Otto-von-Guericke-University of Magdeburg the structuring of cylinder running surfaces is one of the main tasks. In this paper a short summary of innovative techniques for the production of these surfaces is given and the aims of the specific project with in the "Automotive" programme are presented.
