Розвиток теорії прогнозування зношення гребенів коліс рухомого складу залізниць

Abstract

На основі аналізу впливу технічного стану екіпажних частин рухомого складу на зношення гребнів коліс запропоновано удосконалити відомий "фактор зношення" гребнів, що дозволить прогнозувати їх зношення не тільки у нового рухомого складу, а і такого, що вже має зазори від зношення у зав’язках букс із рамами візків, та відхилення у їх геометрії, як при русі по кривим, так і по прямим ділянкам колії. Розроблено пропозиції щодо зменшення зношення гребнів коліс в експлуатації.On the basis of the analysis of the influence of the technical condition of the crew members of the rolling stock on the wear of the wheels of the wheels, it is proposed to improve the known "wear factor" of the ridges, which will allow them to predict their wear not only in the new rolling stock, but also those that already have gaps in wear in the grooves of the boks with frame carriages, and deviations in their geometry, both when moving on curves, and on straight sections of the track. Proposals have been developed for reducing the wear of the wheels of the wheels in operation.
