Abstract

Principles and the basic laws of directed shaping of the working surface of grinding wheels on conductive bonds are considered by the electrochemical method. Mathematical models of electrochemical shaping a relief of the working surface on width and length of the wheel are developed. Basic operated and controlled parameters of the directed process of shaping are determined. Control ways of parameters of a transverse and longitudinal profile of a relief of the working surface of diamond wheels during grinding are presented.
