Экспериментальный стенд для исследования процесса конденсации пара из смеси с воздухом в каналах пластинчатого теплообменника

Abstract

The article describes the formulation of an experiment to study the process of condensation of steam from a mixture with air in the canals of a plate heat exchanger. An experimental facility for the study of heat exchange processes in the channels of a plate heat exchanger was described and constructed. As a result of the work, five experimental samples were fabricated, welded using argon arc welding of corrugated plate packages. Were given all the geometric characteristics of welded packages. All measuring instruments used in the course of experiments and parameters taken with them are described. It was established that the experimental setup allows to study the process of condensation of water vapor from a mixture with air at stable preset values of the main operating parameters. A method for determining the main characteristics (medium and local) of the process of steam condensation from a vapor-gas mixture in the channels under study is presented. In the future, the experimental results obtained will be used to check the adequacy of mathematical models of the process of steam condensation from a vapor-gas mixture in the channels of plate heat exchangers with various forms of corrugation of heat transfer plates, as well as for accumulating statistical data of research in this topic. It is assumed that these studies will introduce plate capacitors for the chemical industry and other various sectors of the economy
