Анотація
Пропонується науковий підхід до застосування адаптації промислових підприємств до мінливих зовнішніх умов в процесі забезпечення розвитку виробничо-інноваційного кластеру шляхом визначення й реалізації їхнього потенціалу. Для забезпечення стратегічного розвитку промислового підприємства із його виробничим потенціалом поєднується інноваційний, який комплексно характеризує можливості підприємства здійснювати інноваційну діяльність. Тобто попередження фази стагнації у вітчизняній економіці й забезпечення ефективної її діяльності на зовнішніх ринках є можливим при адаптації виробничо-інноваційного потенціалу промислових підприємств до умов мінливого зовнішнього середовища. План адаптації промислових підприємств-учасників кластеру може включати встановлення вихідних параметрів адаптивного виробничо-інноваційного потенціалу підприємства, його аналіз та формування систем внутрішньої і зовнішньої підтримки функціонування промислових підприємств-елементів кластеру.
Effective functioning of Ukraine economy in the context of globalization and dynamic development depends on effective creation and use of potential industrial elements of industrial and innovation clusters. Successful implementation of any production program mainly depends on increasing the efficiency of using the accumulated production potential of each enterprise, which leads to the effective operation of production-innovative clusters. Methodological platform for define the essence of the production and innovation potential is analytical approach. The analysis of the peculiarities of the industrial and innovative potential of enterprises allows defining adapted assumptions for optimization of the definition of the category of industrial-innovative potential of industrial enterprises of cluster elements, namely, to determine cluster elements in competitive external conditions. The applying of statistical and programmed methodology of the research determines the dynamics of innovation activity and, in particular, the introduction of innovative types of products into industry. The aim of the industrial enterprise activity is to generate profit. In addition to the formation of an efficient production and management system inside the industrial enterprise, it is important to look for a market for sales on foreign markets, namely the creation of a sales system for the cluster system in the foreign market. The problem of providing the adaptation of cluster elements’ activities in a competitive environment is a priority, given their crucial role in the processes of both production and innovation cycles. To improve the work of an industrial enterprise and increase the economic profit of the entire cluster, it is necessary to determine and ensure the receipt of its production and innovation potential, which allows adapting the activities of cluster elements to competitive conditions. Methodological approach to solving the problems of the industrial enterprises development reviewed involves the implementation of an adaptive system for their production-innovation potential in the cluster. The categories of industrial and innovative potential of enterprises are investigated and their features are determined. Also on the basis of definite features, the definition of the concept of industrial-innovative potential of an industrial enterprise, which functions as a part of the cluster, is proposed. The necessity of development and implementation of the plan of adaptation of industrial enterprises of the cluster participants to the conditions of the changing environment is determined. The content of the plan of adaptation of industrial enterprises of cluster members to the conditions of a changing environment is given.
