Організаційний механізм державного регулювання забезпечення економічної безпеки країни

Abstract

У статті узагальнено підходи авторів до визначення сутності поняття "механізм державного регулювання". Представлено організаційний механізм державного регулювання економічної безпеки країни. Організаційний механізм забезпечення державного регулювання економічної безпеки країни включає такі елементи: формування системи економічної безпеки → оцінка стану економічної безпеки → діагностування проблем державного регулювання забезпечення економічної безпеки → сценарне моделювання убезпечення економіки країни → визначення пріоритетних сфер на напрямів забезпечення економічної безпеки країни → розробка та впровадження інструментарію державного регулювання економічної безпеки → моніторинг дієвості державного регулювання забезпечення економічної безпеки. Механізм державного регулювання економічної безпеки країни включає механізми її формування та реалізації.The article generalizes approaches of authors to the definition of the essence of the concept of "mechanism of state regulation". The organizational mechanism of state regulation of economic security of the country is presented. The organizational mechanism of ensuring the state regulation of the country's economic security includes the following elements: the formation of a system of economic security → assessment of the state of economic security → diagnosis of problems of state regulation of providing economic security → scenario modeling of the security of the country's economy → identification of priority areas for economic security of the country → development and implementation of tools state regulation of economic security → monitoring of the effectiveness of the state regulator ensuring economic security. The mechanism of state regulation of the country's economic security includes mechanisms for its formation and implementation.
