Abstract

The paper presents a general approach to numeral calculation of magnetic field in the end area of a turbogenerator and its behavior depending on excitation mode. The general approach is based on application of a plane-orthogonal computational model method with magnetic field in the end area calculated in the longitudinal section of the turbogenerator and results of the preceding calculation in the transversal section taken into account
