Рассмотрены особенности построения информационной среды девелоперских проектов. Сформулированная задача повышения эффективности девелопмента на основе разработки ориентированных на условия Украины методов, моделей и структур. Предложена объектная и процедурная структуры этой среды и представлены ее характеристики
