Сучасний стан і тенденції розвитку торговельної галузі України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена статистичному аналізу сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку торговельної галузі України. Проведено структурно-динамічний аналіз економіки України за 2010–2018 роки. Зазначено, що за цей період оптова та роздрібна торгівля була провідною галуззю економіки України, зберігаючи у структурі галузей національної економіки перше місце за обсягом реалізованої продукції. Досліджено структуру української економіки за різними показниками. Встановлено, що вона посідає перше місце за кількістю суб’єктів господарювання, зайнятих працівників та обсягом реалізованої продукції, проте поступається промисловості за кількістю найманих працівників. Визначено, в яких регіонах України торгівля є галуззю спеціалізації, проведено її порівняння з традиційним галузями країни, а саме промисловістю та сільським господарством. Підтверджено статус України як індустріально-аграрної держави.The article is devoted to statistical analysis of the current state and development trends of Ukraine’s trade industry. Trade is an important area of the national economy, which makes a significant contribution to GDP production. It plays a key role in economic potential forming of society and meeting the consumers’ needs in consumer goods and services, ensures a balance between production and consumption, the formation of a significant share of gross value added, employment of economically active population. Therefore, the analysis of the current state and development trends of Ukraine’s trade industry is relevant. The structure of Ukrainian economy according to different indicators is considered. It is determined that the trade is the leading branch of Ukrainian economy because it ranks first in the number of business entities, employees, and the sales volume of goods. But the trade is second after industry in the number of hired workers. The dynamics of industrial structure of the Ukrainian economy for 2010–2018 has been analyzed. It is shown that the trade industry was a leading branch of the national economy during this period. Forecast values of wholesale and retail trade’s share in Ukraine’s economy for 2019 have been found. From the time series that describes the share of wholesale and retail trade in the economy of Ukraine, the trend was identified, the type of trend line (parabolic function) was determined and its parameters were obtained. The method of least squares has been used. Model’s adequacy is tested. The values of the coefficients of determination and correlation indicate a close relationship between the signs. A point and interval forecast for the development of Ukraine’s trade industry for 2019 is made. It is concluded that in 2019 the share of wholesale and retail trade in the Ukrainian economy will grow if the current trend continues. It is determined in which Ukraine’s regions the trade is the specialized industry. Also, a comparison between trade and traditional industries of Ukraine, such as industry and agriculture, was made. The status of Ukraine as an industrial-agrarian state has been confirmed.
