Анотація
У статті розглянуто теоретичні питання стратегічного планування економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах невизначеності. Автором розроблено концептуальну ієрархічну модель стратегічного планування економічної безпеки бізнес-процесів підприємства торгівлі, що вирішує завдання кількісного і якісного оцінювання цілей та пріоритетів у забезпеченні економічної безпеки бізнес-процесів підприємства і враховує вплив кожного з елементів моделі на кожному з її рівнів на кінцевий результат; формування й використання інформації, вмінь, навичок і досвіду управлінського персоналу, здатних зменшити або попередити негативні наслідки впливу загроз і небезпек під час оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки підприємства торгівлі. Запропонована модель інтегрує шість рівнів ієрархії, з яких кожен наступний є деталізацією та конкретизацією попереднього, а її найнижчий рівень уособлює множину можливих альтернатив забезпечення економічної безпеки бізнес-процесів торговельного підприємства (сценаріїв імовірного розвитку ситуації, варіантів стратегічних рішень тощо) та дає змогу найбільш повно репрезентувати декомпозицію структурних взаємозв’язків та взаємозалежностей економічної безпеки із загрозами і ризиками та альтернативними варіантами її забезпечення відповідно до означених цільових орієнтирів стратегічного управління.
Theoretical issues of strategic planning of economic security of an enterprise in conditions of uncertainty are considered. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the importance of strategic planning aimed at ensuring the economic security of business processes of a trade enterprise. The process of strategic planning in the system of economic security of business processes of the enterprise requires a deep understanding of the business processes of the trade enterprise, as well as the processes that occur in the external environment, high professionalism, flexibility and management skills. The author developed a conceptual hierarchical model of strategic planning of economic security of business processes of the enterprise that will enhance the effectiveness of strategic planning in the system of economic security of the enterprise through the ability to: 1) quantitative and qualitative assessment of goals and priorities in ensuring the economic security of business processes of the enterprise, taking into account the impact of each of the elements of the model at each of its levels on the final result; 2) formation and use of information, skills and experience of management personnel that can reduce or prevent the negative consequences of threats and hazards when assessing the level of economic security of a trade enterprise. The conceptual hierarchical model of strategic planning of economic security of business processes of a trade enterprise integrates six levels of hierarchy, of which each subsequent level is a detail and specification of the previous one, and its lowest level represents a set of possible alternatives for ensuring economic security of business processes of a trade enterprise (scenarios of probable development of the situation, strategic decision options, etc.) and allows you to most fully present the decomposition of structural relationships and interdependencies of economic security with threats and risks and alternative options for its provision in accordance with the specified strategic management targets. The prospect of further scientific research in the direction of strategic planning as a process of ensuring the economic security of business processes of a trade enterprise is to develop a methodology for assessing the level of economic security of business processes of a trade enterprise, taking into account the main provisions of the proposed conceptual hierarchical model of strategic planning.
