Проблеми соціально-економічної нерівності в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглядаються об’єктивні та суб’єктивні засоби виміру соціологічного аналізу соціально-економічної нерівності. Серед об’єктивних оцінок звертається увага на інтегральні індекси якості життя, що розроблені міжнародними організаціями. Наведені дані про сучасний рейтинг України на міжнародній арені по якості життя, індексу процвітання, індексу добробуту, індексу людського розвитку. Проведено аналіз суб’єктивних оцінок населення України що до свого місця в соціальній структурі та матеріального становища сімей. Визначено, що за послідні роки ситуація з соціально-економічною нерівністю не зазнала суттєвих змін, та навіть ускладняється. Указується до яких економічних, політичних та соціальних наслідків призводить нерівність. Наголошується на необхідності для подолання крайніх проявів нерівності розбудови сильної держави з ефективним професійним управлінням в усіх сферах життя. Абсолютної рівності досягти неможливо. В той же час надмірна нерівність створює багато проблем для розвитку суспільства, призводить до зубожіння значної частки населення країни. Необхідне правильне визначення пріоритетів економічного та соціального розвитку.The article discusses objective and subjective means of measuring the sociological analysis of socio-economic inequality. Among objective assessments, attention is drawn to the integral indices of the quality of life developed by international organizations. The data on the current rating of Ukraine in the international arena on the quality of life, prosperity index, welfare index, human development index. The analysis of subjective assessments of the population of Ukraine of its place in the social structure and financial situation of families. It has been determined that in recent years the situation with socio-economic inequality has not experienced significant changes, and is even becoming more complicated. It indicates what economic, political and social consequences inequality leads to. The need for overcoming the extreme manifestations of the inequality of building a strong state with effective professional management in all spheres of life is noted. Absolute equality cannot be achieved. At the same time, excessive inequality creates many problems for the development of society, leads to the impoverishment of a significant proportion of the population. The main way to overcome the extremes of inequality in Ukraine is to build a strong state with effective professional governance in all spheres of life. It is necessary to correctly define the priorities of economic and social development.
