Анотація
У статті визначено підрозділи промислового підприємства, які задіяні в управлінні стратегіями його випереджаючого інноваційного розвитку. Визначено їх функції, окреслено види управлінських дій, які виконуються цими підрозділами для виконання кожної з функцій. Розроблено матричну організаційну структуру управління стратегіями випереджаючого інноваційного розвитку промислового підприємства. Запропоновано сформувати чотири проєктні групи для реалізації комплексів однорідних функцій організаційно-економічного механізму управління стратегіями випереджаючого інноваційного розвитку, а саме для аналізу зовнішніх умов інноваційної діяльності, аналізу внутрішніх умов підприємства, управління знаннями, управління стратегіями. Окреслено склад фахівців функціональних підрозділів, що входять до кожної з чотирьох виділених проєктних груп, а також закріплені за ними управлінські дії. Визначено порядок процедур реалізації функцій зазначеного механізму. Виконано системний аналіз та узагальнення можливих конфліктів в інноваційному процесі на промисловому підприємстві. За їх результатами виділено дві групи конфліктів, а саме внутрішньо організаційні (внутрішні) та міжорганізаційні (зовнішні). Запропоновано можливі способи їх вирішення.
The article identifies subdivisions of an industrial enterprise that are involved in managing the strategies of its advanced innovative development. Their functions are defined; the types of management actions performed by these units for each of the functions are outlined. The matrix organizational structure of management of strategies of advanced innovative development of industrial enterprise is developed. It is proposed to form four project teams for the implementation of complexes of homogeneous functions of organizational and economic mechanism for managing the strategies of advanced innovative development: analysis of external conditions of innovation activity, analysis of internal conditions of the enterprise, knowledge management, and strategy management. The composition of the specialists of functional units within each of the four selected project groups is outlined, as well as the management actions assigned to them. The procedure for implementing the functions of the specified mechanism, which corresponds to the system map developed by the author of strategic enterprise management, has been determined. It envisages the consistent application of strategic management approaches highlighted in the system map, which proves the scientific validity of the fundamental aspects of the developed organizational and economic mechanism. From this, project teams 1, 2 and 3 use strategic management approaches based on the use of external and internal competitive advantages. And project group 4 uses basic approaches: cost- and profit-oriented, project and planned. A systematic analysis and generalization of possible conflicts in the innovation process at an industrial enterprise is performed. According to their results, two groups of conflicts are identified: internal organizational (internal), which are manifested directly in the enterprise-innovator; inter-organizational (external) manifested in the process of interaction between the subjects of the innovation process: economic counterparties and contact audiences of the innovator. Possible ways to solve them are suggested.
