Анотація
Управління ефективністю діяльності підприємства являє собою інтегрований підхід менеджменту, що об’єднує різні напрями діяльності підприємства, включаючи стратегію, управління персоналом, операційний менеджмент, планування, аналіз, облік та контроль, відповідні методи, моделі, системи та програмне забезпечення задля забезпечення стійкого зростання ефективності діяльності підприємства. Ефективність виробництва – це складна економічна категорія, в ній відображається дія багатьох економічних законів і показується одна з найважливіших сторін суспільного виробництва – його результативність. Форми прояву ефективності можна згрупувати за функціональними підсистемами, тобто оцінка ефективності базується на якомусь показнику (технологічна, економічна, соціальна та інші підсистеми). У роботі розглянуто визначення поняття організаційно-економічного механізму, а також сформовано власне. Визначено основні принципи його формування та роль у функціонуванні підприємства. Сформовано основні складові організаційно-економічного механізму управління ефективною діяльністю підприємства та визначено основні, на які слід звернути увагу при адаптації до конкретного підприємства. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання бенчмаркінгу у діяльності організацій.
Production efficiency is a complex economic category. It displays the action of many economic laws and shows one of the most important aspects of social production – its performance. Manifestations of efficiency can be grouped into functional subsystems, i .e. performance evaluation is based on some indicator (technological, economic, social and other subsystems). Is formed the definition of the concept of organizational and economic mechanism is considered in the paper, as well as the actual one. Are defined the basic principles of its formation and role in the functioning of the enterprise. Have been formed the main components of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the effective activity of the enterprise and have been identified the main ones that should be considered when adapting to a particular enterprise. The system of providing an organizational and economic mechanism consists of subsystems of legal, resource, normative-methodical, scientific, technical, and information management of the enterprise. Organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management includes the following main functional subsystems: planning, organization, motivation, control and regulation. Target system of organizational and economic mechanism includes the goals and main results of the enterprise, as well as criteria for selecting and assessing the achievement of certain goals and results of the enterprise. The content of each system and the number of subsystems in each of the systems of the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management depends on the type of enterprise, the scope and scope of activity, the degree of influence of the environment and the results of the enterprise and other factors. Thus, as an organizational and economic mechanism, an integrated system consisting of a system of security, a functional and a target system that contains a certain set of organizational and economic levers that affect the economic and organizational parameters of the enterprise management system in order to ensure the efficiency of management and obtaining competitive advantages.
