Анотація
The article has a separate part of results of analysis of questioner: "The evaluation of the level of person’s labor potential development", the plot of which is connected to definition of the main obstacles, which influence the process of using labor potential. Besides, the article has the conclusions as for the possible ways to improve the mechanisms of forming, using and developing the labor potential of the country.
