Особливості формування та розвитку еколого-орієнтованої інноваційної культури

Abstract

Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття "екологічно-орієнтована інноваційна культура", виконано систематизацію основних механізмів її формування та розвитку. Окреслено коло основних проблем формування екологічно-орієнтованої інноваційної культури та запропоновано рекомендації щодо їх розв'язання. Запропоновано підхід до визначення шансів екологічних інновацій на ринковий успіх залежно від стану складових інноваційної культури організації.The author's definition of "environmentally-oriented innovation culture" is proposed in the article, the basic mechanisms of its formation and development are described. The key issues shaping environmentally-oriented innovation culture are identified and recommendations for their solution are proposed in the article. The authors produced an approach to determining the possible chances of environmental innovations to market success, depending on the components of the organization’s innovation culture.
