Анотація
У статті розроблено моделі управління бізнес-процесами підприємства оптової торгівлі на прикладі ТОВ "БМБ-ТРЕЙДІНГ", які дадуть змогу провести всебічний аналіз діяльності підприємства, визначити та оптимізувати ключові процеси в його діяльності. Запропоновано алгоритм розроблення комплексної процесної моделі ТОВ "БМБ-ТРЕЙДІНГ", що складається з трьох етапів: 1) аналізу діяльності компанії; 2) побудови процесної моделі; 3) побудови моделі динаміки. На першому етапі проаналізовано бізнес-процеси підприємства. На другому етапі побудовано модель бізнес-процесів підприємства за методологією IDEF0 з використанням програмного забезпечення CA ERwin PM. На третьому етапі проведено імітаційне моделювання процесу поставок пального зі складу ТОВ "БМБ-ТРЕЙДІНГ" до підприємств-замовників засобами Vensim. Результати моделювання сценаріїв із певними умовами та обмеженнями свідчать, що навіть реалістичні сценарії демонструють відсутність ефекту затоварювання, досліджувані ключові показники з часом не стають від’ємними і не перевищують максимальних лімітних значень, тобто симуляція забезпечує адекватні результати, які можуть бути цілком контрольовані.
In the article, we have developed business process management models of wholesale trading enterprise based on LLC "BMB-TRADING" as the example. These models allow a comprehensive analysis of an enterprise’s activities, identifying and optimizing key processes in its activities. First of all, the tools for simulation and analysis of the wholesaler’s business processes were selected. The CA Erwin PM toolkit (formerly BPwin) was chosen due to its ease of use, educational accessibility, simplicity of technical documentation, and successful experience in describing and modeling systems of varying complexity from any subject area. An algorithm for constructing an integrated process model is proposed in the work. It consists of three main stages: 1) analysis of the company's activities; 2) building a process model; 3) construction of a dynamic model. In the first stage of the algorithm, the key business processes of the enterprise are analyzed. The analysis carried out shows that in the activity of the researched enterprise LLC "BMB-TRADING" the key business processes of the enterprise are not described in detail are not sufficiently digitized and are not analyzed in the form required by the process approach. Thus, in order to improve the management in work, a model of business processes of the enterprise based on the methodology of IDEF0 and the same notation is con structed. At the second stage, the model of business processes of the enterprise was constructed according to the methodology IDEF0 using the program CA Erwin PM. At the third stage, simulation of the dynamic process of fuel supply from "BMB-TRADING" LLC warehouse to client enterprises is performed by means of Vensim. For ease of use and implementation, the simulation model is simplified and describes only the key basic elements and characteristics of the company as systems. The proposed simulation model belongs to the class of single-product models with four parameters: the number of stocks in the leased warehouse and the fuel reserves of the three companies to which the fuel is shipped in accordance with the agreements. The results of scenario simulations with certain conditions and limitations show that even realistic scenarios show no effect of an overstatement, The key indicators investigated do not become negative and do not exceed the maximum limit values over time, that is, the simulation provides adequate results that can be controlled. Thus, the proposed business process model is a sufficiently efficient mechanism for further implementation as a base model with the possibility of refinement and optimization in case of changes in the properties of the system elements.
