Експертно-статистичний метод побудови інтегральних індикаторів соціальних і техніко-економічних систем

Abstract

Розглянуто задачу побудови інтегрального індикатору на основі агрегування набору часткових показників. В рамках концепції машинного навчання передбачається, що набір вихідних даних складається з набору статистичних даних вимірювань часткових показників та експертних оцінок відповідних значень інтегрального індикатору. Для оцінки параметрів лінійної моделі інтегрального індикатору використовується метод оптимального узгодження експертних і статистичних оцінок.The problem of the integrated indicator construction on the basis of aggregation of a set of partial indicators is considered. Within the concept of machine learning, it is assumed that the set of initial data consists of a set of statistical data for measurements of partial indicators and expert assessments of the relevant values of the integrated indicator. To estimate the parameters of the linear model of the integrated indicator, the method of optimal coordination of expert and statistical estimates is used.
