Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню тенденцій розвитку інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств України. Зазначені негативні тенденції та бар'єри інноваційного розвитку, можливі шляхи їх подолання. Інтенсивність та результативність взаємозв’язку між наукою та промисловістю неможливо досліджувати без аналізу стану, як окремих суб’єктів процесу взаємодії, так і обставин, в яких відбувається процес. Взаємодія між наукою та промисловістю не може бути відокремлена від загальної економічної ситуації, від державної політики щодо розвитку інноваційної та науково-технологічної діяльності промисловості, а також науки. Забезпечення сталого інноваційного розвитку можливе лише при створенні виробничо-технологічних систем нового технологічного укладу, їх ріст у поєднанні із модернізацією суміжних виробництв. Розгляд та дослідження даних питань представлено у статті.
Development of innovative activity in industry is impossible without active introduction of innovative measures directly at each industrial enterprise. At the same time, the implementation of the innovation policy at the microeconomic level requires the creation of a developed mechanism for managing the innovative development of enterprises, which covers all areas of industrial, commercial, research, supply activities of the economic entity. The technological innovation of industrial production has the most significant impact, since it provides the potential for industrial growth in terms of innovative impact both on its own production and on the economy of other industries. Research and analysis of tendencies of innovative activity of industrial enterprises of our country. Identification of the main directions of innovative development of industrial enterprises and further directions of its improvement. About 1208 organizations perform scientific and technical works in Ukraine. The increase in their number was observed until 2005, after which it decreased significantly. The increase in the number of research organizations and higher educational establishments and, conversely, the number of design organizations, research plants, design and search organizations, research and design units in industrial enterprises, is also diminishing the weak innovative development of industrial enterprises. This has a negative impact on the potential of scientific developments to materialize, indicating a deterioration in the readiness of the scientific sector to accompany innovation throughout its lifecycle. The most negative impact in this respect was the elimination of many experimental and experimental bases, research facilities in the NAS of Ukraine, higher education, industry, carried out in the first years of privatization. Economic growth of innovative type for industrial enterprises in the conditions of national economy requires comprehensive solution of tasks of formation of technological, institutional and organizational structures that will be able to combine all necessary components in the general process of creation of new technological structure, to provide prerequisites for modernization and increase of efficiency of national economy, in including industrial production. Ensuring sustainable innovative development is possible only when creating production and technological systems of a new technological structure, their growth in combination with the modernization of related industries.
