Аналіз ринкового попиту на спеціалістів паливно – енергетичного комплексу

Abstract

В статті проведено аналіз потреби у спеціалістах паливно-енергетичного комплексу, визначено тенденції розвитку підприємств енергетичної та нафтогазової галузі, стан підготовки фахівців у профільних вузах, перспективи працевлаштування випускників. Надано рекомендації щодо удосконалення підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації фахівців на базі корпоративних університетів.In articles the analysis of requirement for experts of a fuel and energy complex is carried out, tendencies of development of the enterprises of power and oil and gas area, a condition of preparation of experts in profile high schools, prospects of employment of graduates are defined. It is given the recommendation concerning improvement of preparation and improvement of professional skill of experts on the basis of corporate universities.
