Анотація
Разработан и обоснован ранжированный перечень факторов, препятствующих развитию технологической составляющей инновационного потенциала промышленности Украины. Главными факторами, препятствующими международной инновационной деятельности, были и остаются финансовые – недостаток собственных средств, а также финансовой поддержки со стороны государства. Доказано, что современное состояние экономики наличие ресурсного потенциала на предприятии еще не свидетельствует об эффективности деятельности предприятия. Эффективная деятельность предприятия обеспечивается в первую очередь за счет качества использования ресурсного потенциала. Инвестиции в ресурсы являются формой оптимального капитала, известно, что их качество позволяет уменьшить потери, повысить эффективность производства.
The market environment imposes strict requirements on improving the efficiency of available resources and areas of development and strengthening resource potential, reducing production costs, improving the quality of goods. Competitive management is the most effective mechanism for reproducing market equilibrium, which is impossible now without the optimal and comprehensive use of the resource potential of the enterprise. Methodological recommendations for modeling the components of the resource potential of an industrial enterprise have been developed. Particular attention is paid to the production, personnel and technological components of this potential. Methodological recommendations have been developed for assessing their limiting capabilities and efficiency of use in the conditions of machine-building production. A ranked list of factors hindering the development of the technological component of the innovative potential of the Ukrainian industry has been developed and substantiated. The main factors hindering international innovation activity were and remain financial - the lack of own funds, as well as financial support from the state. It is proved that the current state of the economy, the availability of resource potential at the enterprise does not yet indicate the effectiveness of the enterprise. The effective operation of the enterprise is ensured primarily due to the quality of use of the resource potential. Investments in resources are a form of optimal capital; it is known that their quality can reduce losses and increase production efficiency.
