Анотація
The main factors that hinder the use of the LATEX publishing system for completing the thesis according to the requirements of Ukrainian standards and the standard of the university СТЗВО-ХПI-3.01-2018 National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", taking into account the national regulations for entering and typesetting Ukrainian (Cyrillic) texts, were studied. The necessary settings for the generation of the title page and the body text of the thesis were developed in accordance with the National requirements. The style file and the template for the explanatory note of the thesis for the AMSTEX, LATEX2ε, TEXLive, LuaTEX, XƎTEX and XƎLA.
