Особливості перекладу вокабулярного апарату компоненту подяки в англомовних наукових працях (на прикладі англомовних дисертацій)

Анотація
У статті проаналізовано актуальні підходи до аналізу компоненту подяки в англомовних наукових роботах. Виявлено жанровий та прагматичний аспекти дослідження компоненту подяки. У контексті дослідження проведено аналіз Тихоокеанського наукового дискурсу та виокремлено так структурні елементи компоненту подяки, як творчий спадок, слова вдячності, співпричетність, духовність, повага, призначення, репрезентативність. Проаналізовано вокабулярний апарат компоненту подяки на прикладах взятих з науково-технічних текстів. За модель аналізу взято два критерії. Перший критерій подано семантичними особливостями та перекладацькими прийомами, що використовуються при перекладі. За другий критерій було обрано лексичний рівень та згруповано слова за такими кластерами, як професійна лексика, неформальна лексика, емоційно забарвлені частини мови та абстрактні поняття.
The article deals with the acknowledgement component and its vocabulary apparatus. Actual approaches to the analysis of the acknowledgement component in the English scientific discourse have been analyzed. Genre and pragmatic dimensions of the acknowledge component have been described. On the basis of the analysis of the Pacific scientific discourse the morphology of the acknowledgement component has been determined. It has been noticed that the acknowledgement component consists of the following structural elements such as legacy, the words of gratitude, participation, spirituality, respect, intent, representation. The vocabulary apparatus of the acknowledgement component has been analyzed as case of scientific and technical texts. In the article two examples of the acknowledgement component taken from scientific and technical texts have been analyzed. For the linguistic analysis the following criteria have been chosen: semantical features and translation techniques applied during the translation as the first criterion and lexical level as the second one. In the context of the lexical analysis the following clusters of words have been grouped: professional vocabulary, informal vocabulary, emotionally marked vocabulary and abstract notions. It has been summed up that in the course of the translation of the acknowledgement component from English into Ukrainian the following translation techniques are usually used: addition, omission, substitution. Semantically words are linked to the cultural reality they are used within. Professional terminology serves as references to scientific and technical outcomes, informal vocabulary is often used in the Pacific scientific discourse whereas emotionally marked vocabulary and abstract notions create emotional background of the whole acknowledgement component playing crucial role in articulation of legacy, respect and recognition.
