Abstract

Проаналізовано функції управління персоналом, їх походження та тлумачення, підходи до управління персоналом та пропонуються сучасні напрями навчання працівників організації. Зроблено висновки стосовно місця та ролі в сучасному світі управління персоналом, а також навчання персоналу організації та оновлених функцій керівника по персоналу.The functions of personnel management, their origin and interpretation, approaches to personnel management are analyzed and modern areas of training for employees of the organization are proposed. Conclusions are made regarding the place and role in the modern world of personnel management of the organization, as well as its training, and the content of the functions of the personnel manager has been improved.
