Анотація
У статті розглянуті поняття ризик менеджменту, основні процеси управління ризиком. Запропоновані процедури процесу управління ризиками. Управління ризиками - це одна з складових загальноорганізаційного процесу виробництва, тому вона повинна бути інтегрована в цей процес, повинна мати свою стратегію, тактику, оперативну реалізацію. При цьому важливо не тільки здійснювати управління ризиками, але і періодично переглядати заходи і засоби такого управління. Будь-яка організація має власні переваги діяльності, направлено пов'язані з ризиком, і на основі цього виявляє ризики. Такі дії називаються системою управління ризиками. Це особливий вид діяльності, спрямований на пом'якшення впливу ризику на результати діяльності підприємства. Виявлені етапи та переваги ризик-менеджменту. На сьогоднішній день аналіз і управління ризиками є дуже доцільним і актуальність питань ризик-менеджменту набуває все більшого значення, саме це необхідно для подальшого коректного і оптимального застосування ризик-менеджменту в основних бізнес процесах підприємства, на основі яких формується основний прибуток підприємств, що використовують процеси аналізу та управління ризиками. У статті доведено, що ризик-менеджмент являє собою систему управління ризиком та включає в себе стратегію і тактику управління.
The article considers the concepts of risk management, the main processes of risk management. Procedures for the risk management process are proposed. Risk management is one of the components of the organizational process of production, so it must be integrated into this process and have its own strategy, tactics, operational implementation. At the same time, it is important not only to carry out risk management, but also to periodically review the activities and means of such management. Every organization has its own risk-oriented benefits and identifies risks based on that. Such actions are called a risk management system. This is a special type of activity aimed at mitigating the impact of risk and the results of the business firm. The stages and advantages of risk management are presented. Today, risk analysis and management is very appropriate and the relevance of risk management is becoming increasingly important, it is necessary for further correct and optimal application of risk management in the main business processes of the enterprise, based on which the main profit of enterprises using analysis processes and risk management. The article proves that risk management is a risk management system and includes management strategy and tactics. Recently, the phrase "risk management" is increasingly used, which is based on a purposeful search and organization of work to reduce the risk of uncertainty. The main goal of the enterprise risk management system is to achieve the maximum degree of risk management. Therefore, special attention is paid to the continuous improvement of risk management in various situations. Management risk as a multifactorial category of management is studied in the dynamics of a purposeful cyclical management process.
