Анотація
У статті проведено системний аналіз підходів до вирішення проблеми фінансової безпеки економіки підприємства. Фінансова безпека являє такий стан підприємства, яке дозволяє забезпечити конкурентоспроможність, фінансову рівновагу, стійкість, платоспроможність і ліквідність підприємства в довгостроковому періоді. Викладено суть фінансової безпеки підприємства, яка полягає в його здатності самостійно розробляти і проводити фінансову стратегію з метою забезпечення сталого розвитку. У структурі економічної безпеки фінансова складова займає особливе місце. Фінанси є основою будь-якої економічної системи, завдяки фінансам забезпечується реалізація поточних і стратегічних цілей і завдань. У зв’язку з цим система управління повинна враховувати альтернативні шляхи забезпечення безпеки підприємства, при цьому вибір конкретного проекту повинен відповідати фінансової стратегії і фінансової політики підприємства. Запропонована система управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства та визначено місце стратегії фінансової безпеки в системі економічної безпеки підприємства. Визначено стратегічні пріоритети в системі управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства та підвищенні стійкості грошово-кредитної системи до існуючих загроз і викликів, які складаються у підтримці малого і середнього бізнесу, створенні умов для здійснення масштабного технологічного реінжинірингу промислових підприємств та сприянні процесам кластеризації вітчизняних підприємств.
The article presents a systematic analysis of approaches to solving the problem of Financial security of the enterprise. An account of the essence of the financial security of the enterprise, which lies in the ability of the enterprise to independently develop and implement a financial strategy to ensure competitiveness and sustainable development. The instability of the Ukrainian economy and the deepening of the economic crisis have a very negative impact on business development in Ukraine. The situation in the national economy is characterized by a high level of uncertainty and aggressiveness of the market environment, which cause the emergence of external and internal threats, which directly affect the development of enterprises. In these circumstances, it is especially important to ensure their functioning and sustainable development, which is directly dependent on financial security. In the structure of economic security, financial components occupy a special place. Finance is the basis of any economic system. Thanks to finances, the realization of current and strategic goals and objectives is ensured. In connection with this, the management system should take into account the Alternative ways to ensure the security of the enterprise, while choosing a specific project must comply with the financial strategy and financial policies of the enterprise. Based on the foregoing, the article describes the financial security management system of the enterprise and provides a place for the financial security strategy in the economic security system of the enterprise. They also identified Strategic Priorities in the enterprise financial security management system. The effectiveness of business entities mainly due to their finances, making it necessary to address the problems of financial security enterprises. The methodological support for the creation and development of new forms of cluster interaction should be developed on the basis of regional cluster policy. Regional cluster policy, as a concept, has been widely developed and integrates regional, economic and industrial policy. Cluster policy is an action taken by national or regional authorities to establish and support clusters in certain territories.
