Abstract

Проведено аналіз існуючих визначень терміну «Аутсорсинг цифрових послуг». Зроблено висновок про те, що в цей час немає єдиного, усталеного визначення, яке знайшло підтримку в більшості науковців та дослідників. Запропоновано до широкого вжитку наступне визначення цього поняття. Аутсорсинг – це залучення підприємством на умовах довгострокової угоди виробничих ресурсів інших підприємств з метою виконання непрофільних або неефективних для даного виробництва функцій (робіт, послуг).An analysis of existing definitions of the term "Digital Services Outsourcing". It is concluded that at this time there is no single, well-established definition that has found support in most scientists and researchers. The following definition of this concept is offered for wide use. Outsourcing is the involvement of an enterprise on the terms of a long-term agreement of production resources of other enterprises in order to perform non-core or inefficient for this production functions (works, services).
