Анотація
Метою роботи є аналіз відкритих джерел інформації з ціллю систематизації інформації щодо аналізу ситуації, яка склалася в Україні за роки незалежності у розрізі аспектів діяльності заради «збереження» максимально ефективного рівня економічної безпеки; виявлення негативних тенденцій розвитку українського суспільства та надання практичних рекомендацій щодо запобігання подальшому руйнуванню державності. За тридцять років незалежності доведено, що у України є два головні вороги: 1) іноземний спекулятивний капітал; 2) місцевий олігархат, який обслуговує цей самий капітал заради власних преференцій, знаходячись на кримінально-офшорному «гачку» у цих самих іноземних «партнерів», які цинічно та планомірно роздирають країну, грабують її народ. Основними взаємопов’язаними похідними від цих «ворогів» та навіть вже складовими процесу перетворення країни з суб’єкту в об’єкт закордонного впливу, є: 1) непрофесіоналізм на всіх рівнях моральних та інтелектуальних деградантів, які всі ці роки намагаються дотовпитися до державного корита заради власних преференцій, видаючи з себе «державників» за всебічної підтримки іноземних «партнерів»; 2) моральне та інтелектуальне зубожіння представників української влади всіх рівнів, які діють у своїх власних «кишенькових» інтересах за рахунок інтересів пересічних громадян України під час цинічного пограбування країни кількома місцевими олігархічними кланами та закордонними монополіями з ціллю власного збагачення. Політичні події останніх місяців демонструють, що Україна повинна мати власні державні інтереси: для країни важливі американські інвестиції, європейські технології, російські ринки. Доки українські олігархи та ті, хто обслуговує їхні інтереси у владі, не зрозуміють, що не слід робити зі своєї країни та свого народу «витратний матеріал» заради інтересів сторонніх гравців, доти країна не буде мати шансів для свого незалежного розвитку на майбутнє.
The purpose of the article is to analyze open sources of information in order to systematize information to analyze the situation that has developed in Ukraine over the years of independence in the context of aspects of activities for the sake of "maintaining" the most effective level of economic security; identification of negative trends in the development of Ukrainian society and the presentation of practical recommendations to prevent further destruction of statehood. For thirty years of independence, it has been proven that Ukraine has two main enemies: 1) foreign speculative capital; 2) the local oligarchy, which serves this very capital for the sake of its own preferences, being on the criminal offshore "hook" of these very foreign "partners" who are cynically and systematically tearing the country apart and robbing its people. The main interconnected derivatives from these "enemies" and even already components of the process of transforming the country from a subject into an object of foreign influence are: 1) lack of professionalism at all levels of moral and intellectual degraders, who all these years have been trying to get to the state trough for the sake of their own preferences, posing as "statists", with the full support of foreign "partners"; 2) moral and intellectual impoverishment of representatives of the Ukrainian government at all levels, who act in their own "pocket" interests at the expense of the interests of ordinary citizens of Ukraine during the cynical robbery of the country by several local oligarchic clans and foreign monopolies for the purpose of their own enrichment. During the years of independence, there has been a lot of talk by representatives of the authorities and the oligarchy about the successes of the country's "development", but modern realities confirm the opposite thought. Political events of recent months show that Ukraine should have its own state interests: American investments, European technologies and Russian markets are important for the country. Until the Ukrainian oligarchs and those who serve their interests in power understand that they should not make their country and their people "consumables" for the sake of the interests of outside players, until then the country will not have a chance for its independent development in the future.
