Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сутність, зміст психологічної готовності майбутніх фахівців і необхідність її формування під час навчання у вузі. Особлива увага приділена психологічній готовності як стану та стійкій характеристиці особистості, що проявляється і формується в процесі діяльності і є складником особистості. Автори підкреслюють, що психологічна готовність активізує пізнавальні процеси, ціннісно-мотиваційне ставлення до майбутньої професійної діяльності, процес самоусвідомлення і особистісний потенціал майбутніх фахівців, сприяє узгодженню завдань з досвідом, майстерністю, вольовими та іншими якостями особистості, забезпечує можливість ефективної взаємодії з іншими людьми. В статті розглянуто структуру і фізіологічний механізм функціонування психологічної готовності. В статті запропоновані способи активізації особистісного потенціалу майбутніх фахівців, який розкривається та розвивається в процесі навчання у вузі. Однак, в технічних вузах України в останні роки вивчення дисципліни психологічної спрямованості вкрай обмежене, що негативно впливає на процес навчання і його результати.
The article contains the analysis of the essence and content of psychological readiness in future specialists and the need in forming it in the course of training at a higher education establishment. There has been performed the analysis of the definitions of “readiness for professional activity”, and “psychological readiness”. Special attention is paid to psychological readiness as a personality’s state and persistent characteristic that is manifested and formed in the course of an activity and is a personality’s component. The authors stress that psychological readiness activates cognitive processes, value-motivational attitude to future professional activity, the process of self-realizing and personality potential in future specialists, it enhances concordance of tasks with experience, skillfulness, volitional, and other personality traits, ensures a possibility of efficient interaction with other people. The authors explain psychophysiological peculiarities of psychological readiness mechanism. The structure and physiological mechanism of psychological readiness are also viewed in the article in great detail, as well as the influence of psychological readiness on a student’s psyche. There are offered means to activate future specialists’ personality potential that discloses itself and evolves within the process of studying at a higher education establishment. It is accentuated in the article that in Ukrainian technical higher education establishments the studies of psychological sciences have got very curtailed in recent years, which affects the process of study and its results. It has been proved that psychological readiness, insufficiently formed in the course of study at a higher education establishment, influences further personality development later on, especially specialists’ success in professional activity.
