Формування культури безпеки діяльності при викладанні безпекових дисциплін

Abstract

Сьогодні особливої актуальності набуває формування у майбутніх фахівців не тільки розуміння ролі безпеки праці та необхідності її забезпечення, але й важливості виховання та прищеплення стійких навичок безпечних прийомів праці, тобто формування культури професійної безпеки. Необхідно формувати у майбутніх фахівців розуміння особистості людини, її забезпечення, але й важливості виховання та прищеплення стійких навичок безпечних прийомів праці, тобто формування культури безпеки діяльності є: професійна комплексна підготовка з питань безпеки діяльності; володіння принципами, методами та засобами забезпечення безпеки в професії та вміння знаходити обґрунтовані оптимальні рішення організаційного, управлінського та технічного характеру для кожного конкретного випадку, розуміючи сутність запропонованих рішень та їх можливих наслідків. Формування таким чином системи знань дозволить визначити зв'язки між окремими спеціальними дисциплінами та дисциплінами з безпеки діяльності В роботі наведено дані щодо напрацювань з формування культури професійної безпеки зарубіжних та вітчизняних авторів, розглянуто підходи щодо формування культури безпеки праці при викладанні безпекових дисциплін в процесі набуття професійних знань. Розглянуто використання STEM-підходу у формуванні культури безпеки професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців в процесі професійної підготовки. Найважливішою метою освітнього процесу у сфері безпеки є формування у майбутніх фахівців мислення, заснованого на глибокому усвідомленні принципу – безумовності пріоритетів безпеки під час вирішення будь-яких професійних та особистісних завдань. Отже, виникає необхідність у формуванні особливого виду культури, що враховує специфіку діяльності людини в умовах досягнення меж зростання безпечного перетворення довкілля, культури безпеки діяльності.Today, the formation of future specialists is gaining not only an understanding of the role of occupational safety and the need to ensure it, but also the importance of educating and instilling sustainable skills in safe work methods, that is, the formation of a culture of occupational safety. It is necessary to form in future specialists an understanding of the personality of a person, his life and health as the highest value. Therefore, the main components of the system of forming a culture of activity safety are: comprehensive professional training on activity safety issues; mastery of the principles, methods and means of ensuring safety in the profession and the ability to find reasonable optimal solutions of an organizational, managerial and technical nature for each specific case, understanding the essence of the proposed solutions and their possible consequences. The formation of the knowledge system in this way will allow to determine the connections between individual special disciplines and the disciplines of safety of activity. The work provides data on the development of the culture of occupational safety by foreign and domestic authors, approaches to the formation of the culture of occupational safety in the teaching of safety disciplines in the process of acquiring professional knowledge are considered. The use of the STEM approach in the formation of the safety culture of the professional activity of future specialists in the process of professional training is considered. The most important goal of the educational process in the field of security is the formation of thinking in future specialists based on a deep understanding of the principle – the unconditionality of security priorities when solving any professional and personal tasks. Therefore, there is a need for the formation of a special type of culture that takes into account the specifics of human activity in the conditions of reaching the limits of growth, safe transformation of the environment, a culture of safety of activity.
