Анотація
The article presents the results of special empiric study which reveals the peculiarities
of development of psychological readiness for team-work in post-graduate students of
technical universities. The main components of psychological readiness are thoroughly
analyzed: а) cognitive component (post-graduate students’ joint knowledge of the role of team in organizational functioning); b) motivational component (post-graduate students orientations for personnel, task and team-work); c) operational component (post-graduate students orientation for fulfilling main functions and role positions in teams). The conclusion regarding the insufficient level of development of post-graduate students’ psychological readiness for team-work and the necessity of their special training is made.
