Фактори, що формують рейтинг інвестиційної привабливості держави

Abstract

У статті розглядається сучасне значення міжнародних рейтингів інвестиційної привабливості для світової економіки та економіки окремих країн. Пропонується укрупнена класифікація факторів, що впливають на рейтингову оцінку. Наведені приклади зміни оцінки міжнародних агентств під дією різних чинників із зазначенням наслідків подібного коливання. Підкреслюється вагома роль міжнародних рейтингів інвестиційної привабливості та неоднозначне ставлення до них у сучасному світі.The article deals with the present value of international investment attractiveness ratings for the world economy and individual economies. Aggregative classification of factors which affect the rating assessment is proposed. The examples of change in the international agencies assessment under the influence of various factors and the consequences of such fluctuations are presented. The strong role of international investment ratings and an ambiguous attitude towards them in the world nowadays is emphasized
