Анотація
Узагальнено теоретичні положення та практичний досвід проектного аналізу. Проведений аналіз наявних методик розробки інвестиційних проектів і визначено придатність існуючих методик інвестиційного проектування до сучасних умов української економіки. Зроблено оцінку сучасних програмних продуктів які є допоміжним інструментом при розробці інвестиційних проектів. Аналіз методик розробки інвестиційних проектів показав те, що кожна з методик відображає суть тієї чи іншої економічної системи.
The theoretical positions and practical experience of project analysis are generalized. The analysis of available methods of development of investment projects is carried out and the suitability of existing investment design methods is determined in the modern conditions of the Ukrainian economy. The evaluation of modern software products is made, which is an auxiliary tool in the development of investment projects. The general shortcomings of software products for the evaluation of investment projects are as follows: all systems have a limited ability to take into account the impact of specific risks; all these products are computational models, not offering any optimization algorithm; The products examined do not have either visual or analytical means of comparing different projects; packages do not "distinguish" users, giving the same set of benchmarks for the investor, recipient or other participant in the project; all considered systems are "static", because they consider predetermined investment costs, implementation program, etc. in contrast to the "dynamic" systems, assuming automatic correction of indicators depending on the values of the indicators in the previous steps. Analysis of methods for developing investment projects showed that each of the techniques reflects the essence of a particular economic system.
