dc.description.abstractУ статті висвітлено становлення та розвиток теоретичної електротехніки в України впродовж ХХ ст. – початку ХХІ ст. З'ясовано, що початкові дослідження в галузі теоретичної електротехніки розгорнулися на базі технічних вишів України ще на початку ХХ ст. і стали передумовами для становлення цього напряму. Однак системного характеру вони набули зі створенням спеціалізованих кафедр, що визначило початок першого етапу. Організація Інституту електротехніки Академії наук УРСР дало змогу значно розширити наукові дослідження з теоретичної електротехніки. Характерною ознакою першого етапу стало формування теоретичної електротехніки як навчальної дисципліни, розроблення термінологічного апарату та виникнення наукових шкіл в галузі теоретичної електротехніки. Другий етап розвитку теоретичної електротехніки в Україні припадає на початок 1960-х рр.–1990 р. і характеризується диференціацією і формуванням нових наукових напрямів теоретичної електротехніки. У третьому етапі можна виділити два основні періоди: перший тривав впродовж 1991–2005 рр. і характеризувався освоєнням нових наукових напрямів та практичних задач теоретичної електротехніки в умовах розриву тісних економічних та технічних зв'язків з республіками колишнього Радянського Союзу та другий період 2006–2017 рр., якому притаманне поступове формування та розвиток новітніх теоретичних та технічних напрямків й задач, спрямованих на забезпечення потреб держави у високотехнологічній електротехнічній продукції.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article covers the formation and development of theoretical electrical engineering in Ukraine during the twentieth century – beginning of the XXI century. It is found that the initial research in the field of theoretical electrical engineering were grounded on the basis of technical universities of Ukraine in the early twentieth century and became the prerequisites for this direction. However, they acquired a systemic character with the creation of specialized departments, which determined the beginning of the first stage. Organization of the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR gave a chance to expand significantly the scientific research in theoretical electrical engineering. The characteristic feature of the first stage was the formation of theoretical electrical engineering as a discipline, the development of terminology apparatus and the emergence of scientific schools in the field of theoretical electrical engineering. The second stage of development of theoretical electrical engineering in Ukraine dates back to the early 1960's – 1990 and is characterized by differentiation and formation of new scientific directions of theoretical electrical engineering. In the third stage, there are two main periods: the first lasted during 1991–2005 and was characterized by the development of new scientific directions and practical problems of theoretical electrical engineering in terms of breaking close economic and technical ties with the republics of the former Soviet Union and the second period 2006–2017, which is characterized by the gradual formation and development of new theoretical and technical directions and tasks aimed at meeting the needs of the state for high-tech electrical products.en
