Анотація
На основі проведеного аналізу відмов вагонів і, зокрема, показника надійності–безвідмовності, сформульовано гіпотезу про існування центру ваги, який є визначальним для оцінки експлуатаційної надійності вагона. Такий центр ваги, у роботі найменовано коефіцієнтом експлуатаційної надійності вагона, який характеризує небезпеки подальшої експлуатації вагонів на залізниці. На основі таких коефіцієнтів можна прогнозувати і констатувати значні економічні втрати, екологічні наслідки або загрозу людському життю. Крім того, в роботі, розроблена і приведена методика визначення коефіцієнта експлуатаційної надійності вагонів, використовуючи яку, можна врахувати застосування нових конструкцій та новітніх матеріалів.
One of the problems of modern reliability theory based on classical probabilistic methods is the inability to adequately predict the exact moment of a failure as a random event. Time of failure of the object is preceded by complex internal changes. These changes in freight cars can manifest itself in different ways depending on the location and nature of the failure. The existing conceptual apparatus of reliability theory is regulated by means of a large number of normative and technical documents. According to these documents, reliability include: reliability, durability, maintainability and safety. Reliability cars are particularly important because it is essential for human life. Based on the analysis of failures of cars and, in particular, indicators of reliability-reliability, formulated the hypothesis of the existence of the center of gravity, which is crucial for the assessment of the operational reliability of the car. The center of gravity is called the coefficient of operational reliability of the car. On the basis of these factors can be predicted and stated significant economic losses, environmental consequences or the threat to human life. In addition, in the developed and the technique of determining the ratio of operational reliability of cars using that, you can consider the use of new designs and new materials. The above method of determining the ratio of operational reliability of cars allows considering the use of new designs and materials (such as wheel sets, or body).
