dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто законодавчу та нормативно-правову базу регулювання взаємовідносин учасників електроенергетичного ринку України, яка потребує постійного перегляду в контексті переходу до нового формату. Визначено ключові фактори, які обумовлюють необхідність удосконалення правової основи поведінки суб’єктів енергоринку як інструменту, який використовує держава з метою реалізації своєї регулюючої функції у відносинах між ними.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article discusses the legal and regulatory framework regulating relations between the participants of the electricity market of Ukraine, which requires constant revision in the context of the transition to the new format of the market. The key factors that determine the need to improve the legal framework of the energy behavior of the subjects as a tool that uses the state to implement its regulatory functions with regard to the relations between them are identify. An accent on the importance of forming an effective legal framework of the electricity market in order to facilitate the construction of an effective institutional framework in the area of state regulation of electricity was made.en
