Анотація
Встановлено, що готельний бізнес в Україні потребує належного рівня інформаційно-облікового забезпечення управління їх розвитком. Проведено порівняння критеріїв розмежування підприємств готельного бізнесу на мікро підприємства, малі підприємства, середні та великі з врахуванням прийнятих законодавчих змін. Відображено методичні засади формування звітної інформації та фінансової звітності в залежності від розміру підприємств готельного бізнесу. Визначено інформаційні потреби користувачів звітності готельних підприємств. Акцентовано увагу на проблематиці підвищення якості облікової та звітної інформації.
In the article there were given the characteristic of activity of hotel industry enterprises. It was established that the hotel business in Ukraine needs a proper level of information and accounting management for its development. The comparison of criteria for distinguishing hotel business enterprises on micro enterprises, small enterprises, medium and large, was held considering into account the adopted legislative changes. The methodological principles of formation accounting information and financial reporting, depending on the size of the hotel business, were reflected in the article. The information needs of the reporting users of hotel enterprises are determined. The emphasis is on problems of improving the quality of accounting and reporting information. It was determined that the main method of enterprise resource management is the method of analytical estimation and forecasting of results of economic activity of hotel enterprises based on financial analysis. It was determined that accounting system further development should be directed to the formation and substantiation of accounting information of perspective and forecast nature, nonfinancial information about ecological and social activities of hotel business enterprises, innovations and intellectual capital.
