dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the essence, the principles of developing a strategy for the effectiveness of the investment activity of an enterprise, the specifics of implementing investment projects. The search for effective methodological approaches to the formation of investment policy regarding investment projects as a form of implementing the enterprise development strategy. Investment operations involve the investment of cash and must necessarily bring the owner income. A methodical approach to the formation of the investment policy is proposed to further justify the importance of implementing the investment strategy of enterprise development.en
