Анотація
У статті проаналізовані теоретичні та методичні бази контролінгу, системи показників
та застосування їх на практиці, розглянуто структуру збут-контролінгу. У результаті
проведеного аналізу, виявлено, що контролінг – це система управління майбутнім для
забезпечення тривалого існування фірми і її структурних одиниць. Виявлено, що впровадження на підприємстві системи контролінгу дозволяє підвищити ефективність всього процесу управління його економічною діяльністю.
In the article the theoretical and methodological framework controlling. Studied defining the essence of controlling in the economy and evolution of enterprise development. The role and place of controlling in enterprise management. The analysis revealed, controlling system as directed actions related to improving the planning, information and control and regulation, is a methodological tool for managing financial results. Found that the introduction of the company controlling system improves the efficiency of the whole process management of its economic activity. Sales are means to achieve business objectives and identify the final stage of tastes and preferences of customers. Controlling plays a very important role in enterprise management system, being one of the most modern and efficient business management, s a separate system, economic essence of which lies in the dynamic process of transformation and integration of existing methods of accounting, analysis, planning, control and coordination of a single system acquisition.
