Анотація
З точки зору розвитку контролінгу організаційно-економічних методів важливу роль відіграє удосконалення функції закупівель в АТП. Необхідно проаналізувати існуючі бізнес-процеси матеріально-технічного постачання, які можуть бути класифіковані на стратегічні і тактичні. У свою чергу тактичні бізнес-процеси матеріально-технічного постачання можуть бути розглянуті в розрізі основних функцій управління. Важливу роль необхідно приділити окремим елементам функції закупівель, серед яких моніторинг цін, алгоритм здійснення закупівель, ведення договірної роботи, підходи до формування технічних вимог і специфікації предметів закупівлі.
From the standpoint of the development of controlling organizational and economic methods, a key role is in improving the procurement function in the ATP. It is necessary to analyze the existing business processes of logistics that can be classified as strategic and tactical. In fact, the tactical business processes of logistics can be considered in the context of the main management functions. An important role should be given to individual elements of the procurement function, including price monitoring, procurement algorithm, contractual work, approaches to the formulation of technical requirements and specification of procurement items. A detailed analysis of the logistics business processes demonstrates the need for a differentiated approach in order to manage effectively each of these processes using modern management tools. Provisions for the improvement of logistics are the effective use of price monitoring, the precise regulation of procurement procedures in the relevant provisions, with a detailed description of the rules for the compilation of technical specifications for procurement items.
