Анотація
В статье представлен анализ существующих структурных схем синтеза плоских систем зубчатых зацеплений. На основании этого анализа предложена обобщающая структурная схема синтеза плоских систем зубчатых зацеплений. Эта схема включает возможные варианты синтеза плоских зубчатых контуров и плоских исходных формообразующих контуров. На конкретном примере раскрыты особенности обобщенной структурной унифицированной математической модели прямого и обратного формообразования сложнопрофильних цилиндрических зубчатых передач с использованием теории отображения аффинного пространства.
The article presents an analysis of existing structural schemes for the synthesis of flat systems of toothed gears. On the basis of this analysis a generalized structural scheme of the synthesis of flat systems of toothed gears is proposed. It is shown that the generalizing structural scheme of the synthesis includes the initial data, the elements of the initial profile (basic point coordinates, lines of lines and circles) of the links (initial form forming profile, initial contour, initial shaping contour, work pieces of shaped contours, contour of conjugate gear wheels, set of initial producing contours ), as well as connections, constraints and conditions that ensure the task and shaping of the toothed contours. The article also presents a generalized geometric kinematic scheme for the shaping of a flat gearing, which includes a number of possible initial shaping contours, a number of possible contours of the preforms of the forming elements, many possible options for the relative installation of the links of the system, and a multitude of possible movements of the initial shaping link relative to the work piece of the toothed gear. The structural generalized unified mathematical and logical models of the formation of flat gear units are developed and presented in a matrix form. Examples and features of formation of flat gear units are given.
