dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано сучасні підходи щодо визначення сутності та основних особливостей процесу інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення будівельного підприємства. Розглянуто основні принципи створення ефективного інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення будівельного підприємства. Визначено сутність системи інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення, що пов'язує в собі дві складові: інформаційну та аналітичну, які формують сукупність з облікової, планової, технологічної, нормативно-правової та аналітичної інформації, яка спирається на проведення стратегічного, оперативного, порівняльного та фінансово-економічного аналізів. Запропоновано алгоритм інформаційно-аналітичного наповнення при прийнятті управлінських рішень на будівельному підприємстві.uk
dc.description.abstractThe modern approaches to the definition of essence and main features of the process of informational and analytical support of the industrial enterprise are analyzed. The main principles of creating an effective information and analytical support for the construction company are considered: structuring, quality, systematic; timeliness, flexibility, integration processing, methodical unity, efficiency. The emphasis is on the fact that the process of information-analytical activity should have a clear structuring. The essence of the system of informational and analytical support, which has two components: informational and analytical, which form a set of accounting, planning, technological, normative and analytical information, which is based on conducting strategic, operational, comparative and financially-economic analyzes. The algorithm of informational and analytical content is offered in the course of making managerial decisions at the construction company.en
