Проводиться аналіз необхідності удосконалення процесу управління витратами на підприємстві. Останнім часом увага практичних економістів займає проблема постановки систем управління витратами, вбудована в системи управління фінансами і систему менеджменту якості в цілому. Проте останім часом управління витратами в цілому як технологія не достатньо реалізована в практику, а наука не має широким спектром ефективних, комплексних інструментів управління.uk

The transition to a market economy requires a radical rethinking of the content, methods and tools of production planning.
