Вдосконалення механізму антикризового управління на машинобудівних підприємствах

Abstract

Розглядаються питання розроблення ефективного механізму попередження банкрутства та усунення ознак неплатоспроможності на підприємствах машинобудівної галузі. В основу дослідження був покладений метод перехресних кейсів з використанням вагомих прикладів, який дозволив виявити спільні методи подолання кризи 2008–2009 років. Цей досвід може бути застосованим іншими компаніями машинобудівної галузі для подолання системних та економічних криз. На основі дослідження були розроблені рекомендації щодо побудови комплексної системи антикризового управління.

The issues of developing an effective mechanism for preventing bankruptcy and eliminating insolvency signs at enterprises of the machine-building industry are considered. The methodical approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the mechanism of anti-crisis management is offered, which gives the possibility to provide more detailed, objective and thorough information on the practical application of the appropriate forms of the mechanism of crisis management and the choice of tools and measures for its implementationThe study was based on the method of cross-case studies using significant examples, which allowed to identify common methods for overcoming the crisis of 2008-2009. This experience can be applied by other engineering companies to overcome systemic and economic crises. Based on the research, recommendations on construction of the organizational and economic system of crisis management at machine-building enterprises in the modern conditions have been developed.
