dc.description.abstractДослідницька робота присвячена аналізу інформації про популярність спорту з паралельним збільшення популярності наркоманії, алкоголізму, та тютюнозалежності серед сучасної молоді, а також перевірці ефективності та раціональності різних методів боротьби з цими проблемами. Метою даної роботи було виявлення ефективних існуючих шляхів боротьби з поганими звичками. Результати дослідження показали, що кількість нарко- та алкозалежних людей стає все більше, але ще страшніше те, що вони з кожним разом все молодші. Заняття спортом також відійшли назад й поступилися не здоровому способу життя. Саме тому для боротьби з поширенням цих проблем використовуються виявлені нами шляхи подолання нарко- та алкозалежності.uk
dc.description.abstractThe young people’s problematic choice: Being athletic or becoming addicted to bad habits. The research is devoted to the analysis of statistics and verification of information about the popularity of sports in parallel with the increasing of drug, alcohol, and tobacco dependence popularity among modern youth, and also to check the effectiveness and rationality of various methods of solving these problems. The research work is devoted to the analysis of information about the popularity of sports and the parallel increase in drug addiction, alcoholism, and tobacco dependence among modern youth, as well as testing the effectiveness and rationality of various methods of dealing with these problems. The aim of this work was to identify effective existing ways to deal with bad habits. The main objectives were: 1) To analyze the literature on the effects of drugs, alcohol and smoking on human health. 2) Check the effectiveness of the ways and methods of combating and reducing reducing the number cases connected with use of these substances. The results of the study showed that the number of drug and alcohol addicts is becoming more, but even worse is that they are each and every younger. Sports activities also moved back and gave way to an unhealthy lifestyle. That is why in order to combat the spread of these problems, the methods we have identified for overcoming drug and alcohol dependence are used.en
