dc.description.abstractУ статті описані результати визначення ефективності модифікування чавуну двома типами модифікаторів – феросиліцієм та Si-Ba лігатурою, що можуть бути використані при розробці критеріїв якості сплаву. Зокрема, отримані математичні моделі розподілу розміру графіту в залежності від координат в перетині зразку можуть бути враховані по формуванні документів, що регламентують якість чавуну, та методику оцінювання якості сплаву за його мікроструктурою.uk
dc.description.abstractQuality control of parts of engineering purpose involves issues related to obtaining high-quality alloy. If an alloy is cast iron, the priority is the right choice of the process of modifying the alloy depends on the type of modifier and the modalities for its implementation. Challenges to the effective solution of this problem is the complexity of informed choice of these parameters. The article describes the experience of experimental and industrial research and mathematical model describing the size distribution of graphite in cast iron. Using the simulation results allows to calculate the value of marriage and the pot of suitable on the basis of the proposed criterion in the evaluation of the quality.en
