Анотація
В статье приведены исследования и дана реальная оценка возможностям ветроэнергетики Украины. Введены понятия теоретического и реального технического потенциала ветроэнергетики, а также коэффициента экономических возможностей. Показана карта средневзвешенных скоростей ветра по регионам Украины. Указаны фактические среднегодовые коэффициенты использования установленной мощности
ветроэлектростанций разных регионов Украины. Посчитано возможное суммарное производство электроэнергии ВЭС Украины с учетом реального технического потенциала и коэффициента экономических возможностей.
The paper presents the research and the real estimate of the possibilities of wind energy in Ukraine. In recent years, wind power in Ukraine is actively developing. Shown results of the development of wind energy in Ukraine during the first ten years and made an analysis of the reasons for its erroneous development. Introduced the concepts theoretical and the actual technical potential of wind energy, as well as the coefficient of economic opportunities. By technical potential means the possibility install on every available hectare country megawattclass wind turbines based on the weighted average wind speed by region and average time of use of installed capacity windfarm. Show the map the weighted average of wind speeds in regions of Ukraine. According to official statistics of wind farms are predicted and actual average annual capacity factor of wind farms in different regions of Ukraine. Calculate possible total electricity production wind electric stations of Ukraine taking into account the actual technical capacity and the coefficient of economic opportunities. Is concluded that in the next twenty years wind power of Ukraine can not play a significant role in the energy market. Necessary to increase the investment in wind energy in Ukraine for its further successful development.
